Quality Accident Management (FAQs)
Can I claim compensation following a road traffic accident?
If you were involved in a road traffic accident which was not your fault
then you are entitled to claim compensation. You will be able to claim
for any losses that you have suffered such as, personal injury, loss of
earnings, vehicle repairs, car hire or any other financial loss.
How much will it cost?
All our business partners act on a “no win no fee” basis, and
all their fees and expenses will be paid by the responsible party’s insurer.
Even if we are unsuccessful in claiming against the responsible party’s
insurer you will never be asked to pay any expenses unless gross misrepresentation
is obvious.
How long will my case take?
Each case is different and varies with individual circumstances,
a number of factors can effect the duration but you can be assured that
we will endeavour to settle your claim in the shortest time possible.
Can we arrange a home visit?
Following a personal injury we can usually arrange for a home
visit by the appointed solicitor and independent medical expert if you
would find it difficult to visit them.
Do I need to visit a doctor following a personal injury?
It is advisable to seek medical advice after any accident because
your G.P or hospital will be able to advise you on whether further treatment
is required. We will arrange for you to visit an independent medical expert
who will prepare a report on your injury.
